Note:
All players in 2024 will require a new kit as some of our sponsors will change.  Sponsor agreements are for a 2-year cycle which means you do not need a new kit in year 2 of each cycle, in this case 2025.

The Little Lizards, U6's grassroots program  boys & girls under the age of 6 (must have started Prep)
Under 7's (born 2017) compete in the Bayside League playing 7 v 7 games with a size 3 ball, 4 x 10 minute quarters.
Under 8's (born 2016) & 9s (born 2015) compete in the Football Victoria competition playing 7 v 7 with a size 3 ball, 2 x 20 minute halves.
Under 10's (born 2014) compete in the Football Victoria competition playing 9 v 9 with a size 4 ball, 2 x 20 minute halves
Under 11's (born 2013) compete in the Football Victoria competition playing 9 v 9 with a size 4 ball, 2 x 25 minute halves
Offside in games for age groups below. 
Under 12's (born 2012) compete in the Football Victoria  competition playing 9 v 9 with a size 4 ball, 2 x 25 minute halves.
Under 13's (born 2011) compete in the Football Victoria competition playing 9 v 9 with a size 4 ball, 2 x 30 minute halves
Under 14's (born 2010) compete in the Football Victoria competition playing 11 v 11 with a size 5 ball, 2 x 30 minute halves
Under 15's (born 2009) compete in the Football Victoria competition playing 11 v 11 with a size 5 ball, 2 x 35 minute halves
Under 16's (born 2008) compete in the Football Victoria competition playing 11 v 11 with a size 5 ball, 2 x 40 minute halves
Under 17's (born 2007) compete in the Football Victoria competition playing 11 v 11 with a size 5 ball, 2 x 45 minute halves
Under 17/18 Girls (born 2007/2006) compete in the Football Victoria competition playing 11 v 11 with a size 5 ball, 2 x 45 minute halves

Note Under 18 Boys are encouraged to register for our Senior team.

When is Training?

Training days and times will depend on your team’s coach’s availability.  Times and locations will be published on this site and Team Managers will advise parents

Boys U7s to U12s (AM) - Emil Madsen Reserve/Mount Eliza Secondary College Soccer Grounds
Senior Men (PM) - Emil Madsen Reserve*

*Some games may be scheduled for Friday/Saturday Night

Sundays 
Girls U8's to U18's (AM/PM)  - Emil Madsen Reserve
Boys U13s to U17's (AM/PM) - Emil Madsen Reserve
Senior Women (PM) - Emil Madsen Reserve*

There are occasions when games are moved between venues due to pitch conditions or fixture overcrowding.

Note: All coaches and Team Managers are volunteers who come from the parent group.

I’ve registered my child with MESC, what happens now?

Once you have registered your child, the club will be in contact with you via email to acknowledge and confirm team allocations. If you have not heard from the club by 1 April 2024 regarding team placement, please contact registrar@mountelizasoccerclub.com.au .

From here, each team will have/need to appoint a volunteer Team Manager and volunteer Team Coach to help manage the team and get them game day ready.
