Coaching EOI 2026 MESC

Mount Eliza Soccer Club is a community-focused soccer club dedicated to providing a positive, inclusive environment where players of all ages develop their skills, confidence and love for the game. We pride ourselves on fostering strong team culture, clear player pathways and ongoing coach development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver safe, age-appropriate training sessions (with assistance & guidance from our Junior Technical Director OR Youth Development Co-ordinator)

- Develop players’ technical, tactical and social skills

- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork and respect on and off the field

- Communicate effectively with players, parents and club officials

- Complete matchday duties (team talks, substitutions, reporting)

Position Requirements

- Football Australia Coaching Accreditation (Miniroos, Foundation of football, C licence) Preferred but not essential.
- Valid Working with Children Check (or state equivalent)
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Previous coaching experience preferred but not essential
