I am very excited to be taking on the role of coach’s coordinator at Mount Eliza Soccer club this season. I have 3 children currently
playing at MESC. This has bought me into contact with many of the coaches and parents at the club.  It is a great club with a fantastic
team of coaches and support staff. However, we should always strive to keep pushing ourselves to be the absolute best we can be.

I’m sure every single one of our coaches has spent a lot of their time explaining to their players the importance of teamwork. We have all
had to explain to a player that they cannot win the game on their own or try to take on too much.  Well, it’s no different for
coaches!  We all need support, advice, guidance, or even someone to step in and take a session when your away. In the up-and-coming
year in my role as coach’s coordinator, my primary goal is to enhance team cohesion and foster an environment that encourages open dialogue
between coaches, ensuring a seamless exchange of ideas and best practises.

I will be available throughout the season should anyone need assistance with any aspect of training and coaching. We will try to form a greater bond between all teams throughout the club. I will aim to act as a bridge for communication when required between all of our coaches including our TD and football committee.

It can be very daunting for first time coaches when they step into a coaching role. However, it doesn’t have to be. The football committee
and I, are dedicated to providing support and advice to all coaches when needed. So, whether you are a first-time coach or one of our more
experienced coaches please reach out if you need any advice or you simply want to bounce ideas off of someone.

I am very passionate about quality coaching being available to all levels of players.  If you are a first season Joey or a Kangaroo
player on a pathway to NPL, you should be assured that you are receiving quality coaching. By better communication and collaboration between
coaches, plus opportunities to undertake training courses, we as a club can make sure our kids get the absolute best at Mount Eliza Soccer
			club.

Enjoy the off season and I look forward to meeting you all in 2024.
