To help support our community coaches, in 2019 we arel offering discounts on their child's registrations to demonstrate our appreciation for
their time and care for the children. In 2019, coaches will have access to mentoring from our technical Director, ex Glasgow rangers
player, Stuart Munro to assist them in their endeavours.
In keeping with the FFA's commitment to developing players in Australia at a grassroots level the club will provide free accrediation
sessions...
Grassroots (Under7's to Under 10's)
- This is a course for coaches that gives some great structure and fun approaches for your sessions.
Skills Training (Under 9 to 13 year old players)
In the Skill Acquisition Phase the coach MUST focus on building a solid foundation of technical skill.
The course is conducted over 14 hours, is fully practical and deals with the development of the 4 Functional Game Skills:
- First Touch
- Striking the Ball
- Running with the Ball
- 1 v1
We should mention that as well from getting a discount and free accreditation, the club also provides it's coaches with jackets.
